Product features

Everything between
store and payment.

Bring checkout, catalog sync and order updates into a single multi-store workflow.

Connect and configure

One hub. Multiple stores.

Connect multiple storefronts to one Payment Hub. Each store has its own credentials and identity, with orders and products attributed to the originating store.

A guided connection flow

Choose a Store or Payment Hub role in the setup wizard. Add a store on the hub, copy its credentials, then use Test & Connect on the store.

Signed communication

Signed REST requests, a connection handshake and health checks support communication between sites. Secrets are masked in the admin interface, with request safeguards and timeout settings.

The customer journey

Checkout on a dedicated payment site.

Checkout that bridges your sites

Send customers to the hub with a full redirect or an embedded iframe experience. Configure triggers around add to cart, proceed to checkout, selected method or submission. Test your chosen flow before launch.

PayPal at the payment layer

Use PayPal Orders v2 and hosted card fields on the hub. Enable optional PayPal buttons, Apple Pay, Google Pay and hub express checkout where supported by your PayPal setup.

A connected product catalog

Sync selected product titles, descriptions and featured images while keeping the store price. Use per-product toggles, sync now or bulk sync, then review status in the catalog.

Day-to-day operations

Keep every store in view.

Order updates with a retry path

Send payment status back to the store. Review Order Sync on either side, retry failed updates and use background retries with backoff when an immediate notification fails.

Checkout with store context

Add a logo and colors to the payment experience. Store names and links resolve per order, so a shared hub can reflect the storefront the customer came from.

Handling controls

Configure payment processing fee and handling options, with per-store overrides where supported. Review the configuration for each connected storefront.

A clearer view of outcomes

Review revenue and paid, pending, failed, cancelled and refunded outcomes. Switch between combined and per-store views, with date filters for 7, 30, 90 days or all time.

Extend and manage

Custom storefront connections

Connect Laravel, Node or other storefronts through the Custom Store API. Use webhook status notifications and the in-admin API Guide for platform-specific integration details.

Familiar WooCommerce operations

Use HPOS-compatible workflows, classic checkout and Blocks bridge support where applicable. Find diagnostics in WooCommerce logs under fpmp and in the plugin Logs area.

Subscription management

Activate the Payment Hub through an account-based subscription. Provision connections within the plan allowance and receive plugin updates while your subscription is active.

Payment-method availability, embedded checkout behavior and Blocks support depend on your PayPal account, browser and checkout configuration. Validate your selected setup in sandbox before going live.
